It is through the quieting the mind, an ancient practice of the east, that the 7th chakra is opened, connecting us with our divine spiritual energy, while the energy that flows through the 6 chakras of the body can be opened through a series of exercises or facilitated through a skilled practitioner of eastern techniques. The spirit or energy, activated or manipulated through the ancient practices of the east, while evoking a mind-body response that can bring healing to the mind and body, cannot complete the healing of the soul.
