THE NATIVE AMERICAN INDIAN
"the former inhabitants of this continent"
The Book of Mormon, another testament of Jesus Christ, speaks of "the former inhabitants of this continent;" the former inhabitants of the continent of North America, pointing to the Native American Indian or Red Man, whom the Creator assigned as caretakers of Mother Earth.
The White Man possessed the literal word of God in the form of The Holy Bible, and the Red Man possessed the spirit of God, connecting with the spirit that lives in all things. But there was great error in the White Man with respect to the word of God, as the spirit of God's word had been all but destroyed by the middle of the 5th century, spiritual truth giving way to conjured doctrines of men; spiritual Christianity giving way to religious Christianity.
The white man that entered the North American continent toward the end of the 15th century was not what the Hopi Indians refer to as "The True White Brother." If he were the true white brother he would have co-existed with the red man, living in peace and harmony. The error in the white man can be seen by looking at the government of the white man, "the government of the people, by the people, and for the people." The government shows us what is governing the people, and what was governing the white man that entered the continent of North America was not God's word, neither in letter or in spirit. It was a man-made image of God's word, too often wielded in the spirit of self-righteous arrogance. The government of the white man broke nearly, if not every, treaty it made with the red man.
The word governing the white man was lies.
And in an arrogant display of self-righteousness, the government of the white man nearly wiped out the red man, just as the man-made dogmas governing the self-righteous religious man had all but wiped out the spirit of the word by the middle of the 5th century.
What might have been God's master plan in bringing the white man and red man together on the continent of North America? I believe it was to bring the word of God back to the spirit through those that spoke the language of symbolism. The spirit of God has been speaking to mankind through the mouth of the Red Man, warning us of the imbalance in Mother Earth. And what does the Red man tell us is causing this imbalance? Greed, the root of evil that is bringing death and destruction to Mother Earth.
"For the love of money is the root of all evil." 1 Timothy 6:10 |
The love of money is greed, a negative emotion born of fear, created in the absence of God's holy spirit.
Greed is a rapacious desire for more than one needs or deserves.
Spiritual greed, whose negative-destructive energy is being added to man's physical greed, is a lust for spiritual power, which having the same evil root is contributing to the death and destruction on earth. This lust for spiritual power can be found in the spiritual kingdom of heaven, where it has not been earned, but taken by force.
" And from the days of John the Baptist until now the kingdom of heaven suffereth violence, and the violent take it by force." Matthew 11:12 |
When the true image (the reality of what is taking place in the world) does not match the image these robbers have in their mind, they will enter into a spiritual famine, hungering for the spiritual corn that is in Egypt, symbolizing the spiritual truth that is in The World.
THE RED MAN, EGYPT & THE EAST
|
ARE ASSOCIATED WITH THE SPIRIT OF GOD |
" Will a man rob God? Yet ye have robbed me. But ye will say, Wherein have we robbed thee? **IN TITHES AND OFFERINGS." Malachi 3:8 |
Man robs God when he fails to offer up the spiritual sacrifices that God requires of him, which is a broken spirit and a transformed heart.
" The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit, a broken and contrite heart." Psalms 51:17 |
Many are robbing themselves by impatiently proclaiming a state of being (i.e., born again, saved, christ) before they have completed the spiritual works that would bring them into that perfected state through the purification of their heart.
IN PURIFYING OUR HEART WE DO OUR PART TO PURIFY THE EARTH
We will never be able to give the land back to the Native American peoples, but we can balance the spiritual scales of judgment by giving that spiritual land called the heart back to the Spirit. In this we not only honor the red man, but what he symbolizes, the spirit of God, and the color associated with the spirit is red.
